Hi, I’M RONDIEA MARTIN.

I’m committed to building people first systems where equity, opportunity and excellence can thrive. With a background in political science and public administration and over a decade of leadership in customer experience and employee engagement, I bring a unique lens to how workplaces function and how people feel within them.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership, learning and public impact. I’ve conducted research on work-life balance and the healthcare journey of the indigenous communities in Urban Ontario. Research that has shaped my values around equity, access and community-centred leadership.

Beyond my professional work, I founded the Loretta Wynter Foundation to champion education and opportunity in the Caribbean.
